If your item is in stock, please allow 2-4 business days to process your order. Please note during high volume sale periods there may be minor delays – we appreciate your patience during this time! Once shipped, you will be emailed with the tracking information to follow your order to its destination. Please note there is no dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Issues
Delays: Once a package is marked shipped, there are unfortunately times there may be a delay with the carrier or customs/border patrol which are outside of our control. Please contact us for further assistance in any case.
Address Incorrect: We ship your order according to the shipping address provided. If information is incorrect, this may result in your delivery becoming lost, delayed, or having it sent back to the warehouse. We are not responsible for delivery issues as a result of incorrect information. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately via email at hello@shehlasvanity.com We are happy to help!
Post Office Issue: If your package is with your local postmaster and there are issues (e.g. it is being held, a re-delivery needs to be scheduled, there was a delivery issue) we ask that you contact your local post office first. Hibashi Fashions does not take responsibility for loss or damaged items during transit.
Returns
We want you to love your Hibashi Fashions purchase. Try them in the comfort of your home and if you are dissatisfied with the item(s), return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Procedure to return your article and get a refund:
- Contact our customer service at info@hibashifashions.com
- You will receive an email with a label and instruction to follow for the return and refund.
- Re-pack your article(s) in its original condition.
- Print and stick the return label on your package.
- Drop the package at the location indicated in the email you received.
- Once we receive the package (usually within 5 business days), we will issue a refund. Your bank account will be credited within 5-10 business days with the amount of the item(s) returned.
In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept returns or refunds on earrings, necklaces and bracelets unless they are defective or the wrong item was sent.
Please Note: The items which are on sale will not be eligible for returns or exchange.
